Lower back pain and abdominal pain

Hey guys i just found out I was pregnant with my second child.  My first pregnancy was successful and I have a healthy daughter.  My lmp was September 16th.. It has only been 4 weeks and 2 days since.. Everything was going normal until last night.. I was at work and noticed severe abdominal pain and lower back pain.. My HGG levels are at 363.. I have no bleeding.. Has anyone experienced this pain and is going through a healthy pregnancy.. The doctor in the Er said there was nothing in the ultrasound at all and is worried I might be going through an ectopic pregnancy or miscarriage .. She didn't really have anything positive to say.. and now im concerned.. I go back to my regular doctor tomorrow.

Also I was 4 weeks pregnant and nothing showed on my internal ultrasound I had in the ER. Couldn't find anything in my uterus. But I'm now 22 weeks and he's growing normally.  Did they check your tubes or your ovaries and see if there was anything in there? Maybe it's too early to see anything like it was for mine. Best wishes m.

I had pretty bad cramps and back pain that scared me in early pregnancy it's very normal. I think you are just fine. But best to get it checked out by your doctor!

I  can relate  to  how you feel. I'm about six weeks and had some bleeding  went to er they couldn't  see anything on a vaginal ultrasound.  And told me the same thing. My hormone  levels  have went up but the Dr's are still unsure. It's  becoming a emotional roller coaster for me.  I  hope  you  get some clarification  soon.

Hello I'm sorry about the pain your experiencing and I hope it is nothing to worry about. I recently just had a miscarriage and I no its very scary. Mine did start with pains but then came bleeding too. However I am pregnant again and I get pains in this pregnancy too (I'm only 4.5 weeks) my friend also had bleeding and pain and went on to have a healthy little girl
I really hope it's nothing serious. Wishing you all the luck

Im so sorry! I hope its nothing to worry about.. My pain has actually went away almost completely since last night and I have had no bleeding. Im trying to stay positive ! Thank you, and good luck to you as well.
I'm glad your pain has gone :) keep calm and try to remain as positive as you can. From what I've read slight pains even in healthy pregnancy is a normal sign especially this early due to embedding etc. I hope we both have successful pregnancies
I do too! I have also read that and im hoping its just my body preparing for the baby. I go to my doctor tomorrow so im sure she will able to inform me better.
Good luck tomorrow be sure to let us no how you get on. X

I would wait for your 8 week scan. That's usually when they can see something. I've heard stories where the nurses are wrong and everything turns out just fine. So try and stay positive. I hope everything works out!
