MIRENA, POSSIBLE PASSING OF EMBRYO?

Hi, I'm 25 years old and got Mirena placed about a year ago. I've had some minor issues with bladder incontinence and my cycle has regulated, but nothing out of the ordinary. My periods had gotten better and my PMS improved as well as the months went on. But yesterday I had terrible cramping and felt what I guess would be considered 'hot flashes' and also tired, dizziness etc. I used the bathroom and found something extremely odd. It almost looked like a giant sperm or something. It looked like a small (size of maybe the head of a pen or something), somewhat tacky but firm, light brown with two darker brown dots on it and attached to it was a lighter brown tail thing. It was attached firmly. So my question is, is it possible that this could be the passing of an embryo (around 7 days, in the gastrulation stage) that attempted to implant into my endometrium? So far, I've had no bleeding along with this and my cramping is gone. I was told this could possible be a blood clot, however, it doesn't appear to be darkly colored as blood looks when it clots. (i'm also a med student so you can use medical terms when answering this). Any opinions on this?
