Maternity workout?

I run 5 to 7 miles 5 days a week and just found out I'm pregnant. Am I gonna have to completely stop running and just walk or find a different work out routine?

As long as you were a runner petfore pregnancy and not just wanting to pick it up know, running is great! I am now 29+6 and have had to cut my exersise drastically, but  my Dr still encourages exersise all the way up till delivery.

You can continue working out. Just check your heart rate regularly. I'm not sure whats too high.

I was always told that you can maintain the normal as a runner. Which I did.. basically until youre really showing then taper it back accordingly. If youre already active its best to stay that way. You just dont want to add anything to your routine. The doctor will tell you when its no longer safe and to adjust your stride.
