Mcdonaldss?

Is the fruit & yogurt parfait even healthy? I'm eating one right now & I asked since they come from mcdonalds.

Yeah I try to just avoid fast food altogether. Even if you manage to find something semi healthy everything is LOADED with preservatives- even their veggies, fruits, etc.. On top of that things are not cleaned and maintained well. There have been studieds that found fecal matter just on their soda machines.

McDonald's drinks aren't healthy either!! They don't clean it right, I used to work at McDonald's and I experienced maggots coming out through where the drinks comes from!!

McDonald's salads have more issues with them then their big Mac

Im sure nothing will happen by eating one! I work at McDonald's and i try not to eat there but i do and so far my baby is find! I guess its just if you over do it

Avoid mcdonalds and fast food as much as possible it doesnt do anything good for u or baby

I have no idea! They probably found a way to make that unhealthy too! I don't eat McDonald's anymore unless I'm just stopping by to buy a drink.
