Hi!  Congrats on your pregnancy and welcome to Med Help!  So, in all honesty, I would think that the doctor that recommended or prescribed this combination for you is aware of the amount of calcium in the two products and that it is safe (it's not like they were prescribed by two different doctors who were unaware that you were taking two products with calcium).   Pregnant women need 1000mg a day and if they are teens, need 1300 mg a day of calcium.  the shecal st has 500 mg.  Primagest is given to women who are low on folate but which is something that pregnant women need.  However, you could probably find a better and cheaper option than that.  And remember, getting these needed vitamins and minerals is best done through diet alteration and eating well.   I would get a list of foods high in calcium and folic acid and add them into your diet.  good luck
