Menstrual-like cramps
I'm 35+5, and as I started getting ready for work today, I started having strong cramps that feel like bad period cramps. Not sure what's going on in there since I'm a first time mom. Is it normal to get these on and off?
Okay. I do have low back pain and cramps, but it doesn't feel like contractions, just like a constant achey feeling. I will keep my phone on me today at work.
It is normal but if these are coming constantly start timing them.if the pain seems to be getting worse and stronger then ring ur labour dept.
