Milk and OJ threads

I know we're all tired of seeing these posts but I'm getting desperate lol
What are the exact measurements and directions for the milk and OJ threads?
I'm 38 weeks exactly but I'm getting induced Monday and my membranes have already been swept. They were swept yesterday so I'm trying to help my body into labor before I have to be induced with Pitocen.

UPDATE. My water just broke.  Headed to hospital.

I'm just trying every thing natural that doesn't have possible side effects.  If it doesn't work, then oh well. All I did was drink a cup of juice and milk.  Lol

I've had high blood pressure since 33 weeks. It only goes down when I'm on my left side, so ive been on bedrest since 33 weeks.  We've been trying to get me far enough along but without me developing pre eclampsia at the same time.
I'm getting induced when I'll be 38 weeks and 6 days.

It's a freaking Orange Julius. I think a few people have probably had some vaguely interesting coincidences - I don't believe for a minute that it hastens labor.

If you don't mind me asking why were they going to be inducing you? I'll be 38 weeks in 2 days. No signs of labor though :(

I tried it for 3 days, gave me cramps but it didn't come to anything, I was desperate to self induce and I tryed everything but I finally realise that baby will come when they are ready, there's nothing you can do to force them out

I tried it and am already having mild cramps. Hopefully it works!

I tried it but I didn't work at all for me and I'm getting induced tomorrow. But I think it was a 1/2 cup of 100% orange juice and a 1/2 cup of whole milk..
