Milk storage
I pumped nd stored sum breast milk in the refrigerator nd forgot to label the date I think its been in there a lil over a week my son has his doc app tomorrow nd I shall be given it to him then will it be still safe or should I throw it out??
No you need to throw it out. You can only keep it in the fridge for a few days, but longer if you freeze it.
If your not 100% sure how long its been there I wouldn't risk giving it to him! Maybe throw it out and express some fresh for him x
