It's brewed coffee...ok I ll look that up ...thanks for advice:)
Brewed coffee or instant powder? If it's brewed coffee, that should be fine since as others said, the current recommendation is about 1 cup per day. If it's instant powder, I would suggest looking up the caffeine content of the brand you are using and stick to the recommended less than 200 mg per day.
Yea..I mean I drink milk nd I just add less than a tea spoon of coffee in a cup of milk nd drink it like that
Add less than a teaspoon of coffee in your milk?
Thanks :)..I k its bad so I add less than a tea spoon in a cup of milk nd hope its ok..but I ll definitely ask my doc about it
Less is more, and many are changing the recommended amount of caffeine to less than 200mg. I would definitely cut back on the amount you're drinking, and/or see what your doctor says about it.
You can have up to 300mg of caffeine a day. Which is about a cup of coffee. When I was pregnant with my son, I had more caffeine than I should have. I knew better but it was something I craved a lot... This pregnancy I'm off all caffeine except in chocolate milk which I don't drink often. It makes me sick to drink it.
