Missed period now spotting lightly..

My last period started on 09/01/12 and lasted only 3 days. My next period was due 13/02/12 and 6 days beforehand I started bleeding lightly which lasted a day. I missed that period snd was starting to get pretty excited. Today, 05/03/12, is exactly 3 weeks since my period should have started. Yesterday I had a few mild. cramps with tiny amojnt of brown discharge and today I have a very light flow which doesn't even fill up a pad. I would also be ovulating today. I have done 4 upts, all negative and I'm very confused as I have been feeling nauseous with HUGE, extremely sore breats, mild cramping and always exhausted. I really thought I was pregnant this time. Was going to make drs appt this week but I'm not sure if there is any point now. Pls help!

Thnx! I just don't know wots going on.. if I'm not pregnant then id like to start trying again.. i have never been this late before..  and i. definitely felt that this time was it.. wish u all the best with ur bubs :)

My last cycle was same as yours and I'm 8 weeks today and lost 4 lbs. I feel like you do. There are women that test negative but get positive blood tests and since it wasn't regular (plus keep in mind I think its half of women who are preggo) experience some sort of bleeding. Id deff get it checked out with your symptoms. You can call and just ask for a lab test to see if you are....that way if your not there's no added expense or wasting your time In the office :)
