Missing period...with no answers...

First of all yes I do have irregular periods, but I also have a double uterus. One side I have a period on a 25 day cycle and on the other side it's a 31 day. My period has never been more then one or two days late give or take a day and I have been pregnant before. =)
but....My period was due on February 20, 2009...and ummm well today is March 1st and no period. I took a pregnancy test on February 23 and it was positive but very faint (possibly evaporated line, but the results showed in less then a minute.) Excited well YES, but I retested a few days later (because it was faint) and it said NOT PREGNANT...what the hay! I have taken different kinds of test over the past week in a half and they all came back negative not even a faint line. It's been 3 days since my last test and I want to test again but I'm scared. The only symptoms I have is nausea and I’m sleepy that's it. Now is it possible for a test to not show positive until a few weeks into pregnancy life 4 or more? I’m sure that could not happen right....? uuuugggghhhh I searched around the internet and it talks about woman missing periods due to lots of things...but none of them apply at all. I don't know....I guess I just wait and see...either expecting a positive test or a period...god I have never been happy to want m period before lol....pregnancy would be best though! I guess any advise would help me at this point =) Thanks ahead of time everyone...

I need some help...I'm stressing like you all! ...I had my Mirena removed on January 14th due to ovarian cysts. Bled for 10 days. Started A/F on Feb. 4th, lasted 5 days...completely normal from my old cycles. Not sure on ovulation...had some ovulation symptoms, but wasn't sure. Had sex quite a bit the weekend of Vday (Feb 14-Feb17th) Only used a male condom. On Feb 20th, (I didn't bleed any after the AF) I had some clear discharge with pink spotting. Nothing before or after. On Feb 23rd, woke up to very sore, tender breasts and nausea. Extreme fatigue has settled in now and I'm more irritable than ever. Pregnancy never crossed my mind...until now. My A/F would be due again tomorrow (if it's normal)...took test yesterday, Negative. Wondering if it's possible I'm prego or not???

hi there im in a simular situation im not the pill i have a we boy at8 i have been on pill from i had him, im now 13days late took 5 preg test all neg last one i took was yesterday but going to docs in 1 hours time for blood test i have been having really really bad head aches which i never do have hardly ever but i have had them nearly every day but that the only simtoms i have but im worried as this has never happen b4 but ill let u no how i get on u should go see doc it will give u a piece of mind...good luck

Ok well I have retested everday since the 23rd and they are all still negative. Ecept the test I took on March 1st. Again possitve test but faint but still very clear. Today I take another one and it said not pregnant. Pluse it's not March 2nd and no period yet. Also both test I took we around the afternoon time that showed positve. I have a really bad headach...but no cramping at all nothing that feels llike my period is on it's merry way. I do have a doc. appointment coming up but it's still a few days away. I know this sounds crazy, how do you think I feel exsplain the situation. I looked up chemical pregnancy and it sounds plyable but it's been a week in a half since my first positve test reading....would my period already started?

It sounds like you may have had a "chemical pregnancy". That is a pregnancy that starts to develop and then stops so early that there are often no symptoms.  We only know about these pregnancies at all because we can test for them so early now.  Back in the days, people just thought their period was late.

If it is true. you will get your period soon.  Also, it is actually a good sign that you CAN get pregnant, even if this one wasn't "the one".
