Ginger ale worked for me, still threw up, but not at much
I started to get sick if I didn't anything after waking up within the first 15 minutes. I'm 18 weeks and I'm still like that. However, I know Target sells Preggy Pops (I think that's the name) It's a natural way of helping with morning sickness.
Try not drinking with your meals, having saltines to snack on before you get out of bed, and eating snacks instead of meals. I haven't tried it, but a friend told me about a pregnancy safe sleeping pill to take right before bed that curbs nausea in the morning since the half life of the antihistamine will still be in your system.
With my first pregnancy i got sick every day about 5pm for the rest of the night. I would literally throw up everything all the time! I was to the point where i threw up and was just throwing up lining in my stomach bc i couldnt keep anything down! I was in the ER many days getting fluids in me. It helped for me to eat smaller mwals, not to drink and eat at same time, and sipping on ginger water..it went away 2nd trimester but it was horrible.
Ask your OB for Diclegis, its safe and for morning sickness, I am 9 months and have had morning sickness the whole time. This works great.
I feel your "pain" ..i hate throwing up, but Ginger snap cookies worked great for me, also fruit, and salad..if Ginger ale doesn't help, sprite is a helps just as well..
Every strong smell irritates but doesnt make me want to throw up right now its seriously everything that i eat saltines prob wont help since salt makes me want to throw up but i will try the fruit and saltines. I understand we cant fight this but to be throwing up everything doesnt seem normal to me
Try saltines or ginger ale. It might also be certain smells that are making you want to vomit. With my first i had severe all day sickness and the only thing that helped was ginger ale, but once i smelled egg i was in the restroom throwing up for about 10 minutes.
I'm now 20 weeks and was sick for the 1st 4 months but always later in the day. My friends said to try keeping saltines by the bed and to have a few about 5-10 before getting up. I never tried since morning wasn't my issue. Good luck!
Well I'm 6 weeks n if I don't eat a fruit first thing I vomit everything else so maybe you could try a fruit n morning sickness isn't something we can fight
