Movement

I am 28 weeks into my pregnancy with my 2nd child, all day long I have felt movement of some kind (whether he was just stretching or flat out kicking around).  For the past hour now I haven't felt much (if any) movement out of him, which it unusual for me because he has steadily been active (sometimes overly lol) during the day and he doesn't (usually) get this still until I've gotten into bed at night to go to sleep in which he has been slowing down like he was going to sleep as well.  I have maybe felt about 4 or 5 actual kicks in the past hour.  I don't know if he is just *settling in* early or if I should be concerned and call my OB (or go to the ER).  I am an anxiety and panic disorder sufferer and I also am a huge worrier, but much more so with this pregnancy because my OB said it was a high risk pregnancy.

I don't know heh.  I have always been a small person because of stomach disorder(s) I was born with and when we first found out about this pregnancy I only weighed 88lbs, I am now up to (around) 114lbs thanks to a month with a feeding tube so I supposed it *could* be possible.  I am very petite yet I look like I have a beach ball stuffed under my shirt.
