Mucus plug sorry tmi

So since yesterday morning I have lost a bit of my mucus plug. And some more this morning. I have 5 days left until my due date. Some contractions here and there. They are really light. I also been coughing I think that's what is making me loose my mucus. Has anyone else gone through this and how long did it take to go into labor. Ftm

Ok it was just that today it came out more thicker. And like I'm only 5 days away I was just curious.

It's honestly completely different for everyone, some woman will lose peices and still take weeks or months ths to go into labor and then other it's that day. I lost mine in one giant clump and had my son about 4 days later.
