Muscle Cramps?
Man I sneeze or something and it feels like I pulled a muscle in my stomach every time. Haha, anyone else feeling this? 20+4
It's because the ligaments and muscles in your stomach are stretching and softer. Happens to me everytime. Always bends over in pain
Yes I felt that several times but it was because I didn't drink enough fluids during the day. I'm 21 weeks and I sip on water every 10 minutes during the day I've noticed my muscle cramps when I sneeze non existent now.
