Zantac 75?

Anyone taken this?i have a paper that says its okay but just wanted to know if anyone has ever taken it?i have SEVERE heartburn to where my chest/ears/throat/boobs/arm pits burn and ache in pain so I need relief.im 34+3.

Obviously every dr has a different opinion on things.. but there are so many things that really ARE safe. They just dont want you to overload yourself. Thats what my new dr told me

If your dr says its safe take it. Obviously only as directed and as needed. Hope you feel better!
