First off just stay on top of your appointments, eat healthy, take prenatals. If your ftm everything is going to worry you and even if it's small and you feel it doesn't seem right call your Dr. Don't buy anything until your in your mid trimester. Only reason being is because your first trimester your still high risk for miscarriage.

The Monday after I found out I was expecting my first (found out over the weekend), I was at the library picking up every book they had on pregnancy! It made me feel better going into it informed. Take your vitamins, keep exercising moderately, and eat healthily. Schedule your first prenatal visit for between eight and ten weeks with whichever provider you think you'll want (midwife, obgyn, family practice doctor, nurse practitioner, etc) and until then, relax. The only major change is that you're not supposed to drink!
