My heart beat
I'm 21 nearly 22 year old and I'm 22+1 weeks my heart rate is 72bpm it seems low is that normal?
Normal is more like 50-120. under 50 is considered bradycardia, above 120 is tachycardia.
Are u a runner? The more physical exercise u do the lower your heart rate is. I worked out b4 i was pregnant 6 days a week and that included hours of running,jogging, cycling, ect and my resting heart rate was always in the 50s.
