Nasal Congestion

I am 8 weeks pregnant. I have really bad nasal congestion & I can't breathe through my nose in which I can't stand! Is it safe for me to use a sinex nasal spray to clear up my nose?  
Or what other methods can I use to help the nasal congestion!?

Im having that problem and im 21 weeks pregnant, I've been bbleeding on my nose and can't even breath that well in the nights, I used to use nasal spray but doctor told me to stop because that was causing me bleeding.

It gets worsr i suffer from it daily im 30+4 during the day i dont use anything at night i but some vapor rub/vicks on my chest and dress warmly. Ive stayed away from any medication but i hear some nasal sprays are okay just c

I have nasal congestion all the time I use nasal spray it works fast just dont use it too much Oh im 5 months
