Grr!

So I went to my doctor today and I'm only 1cm but my cervix is hard still she is weighing in at 6lbs 3oz according to ultrasound. I'm 38 weeks tomorrow and with my first I could not even dilate on my own so this is technically progress but I'm only going a half cm every week how can I help this along? I'm not rushing My baby but at this rate they will end up inducing me again witch makes csection a higher risk and I don't want that! I took the stairs today and my doctor is on the 4th floor at the end of the hallway I've been going on long walks not so much sex because it hurts and I'm fighting with my significant other at the moment idk what else to do

Try bouncing on a yoga ball. For me it was onion rings and zesty sauce from Berger king and walking. Good luck
