Are you throwing everything you eat up? Because if you can not hold anything down you need to go to the hospital.
Here's some advice from the MedHelp website and our I'm Expecting app on morning sickness. You can find this in the app by going to the Pregnancy Diary from the home screen and selecting Morning sickness from the Symptoms menu. Then click the menu bar in the upper left and select Symptoms Manual to see your symptoms. Hope you feel better soon!

This is my first pregnancy and I'm now 8 weeks and 5 days, I found out I was pregnant at 5 weeks, I had the worst of the worst case of nausea and vomiting.. It got to the point where I went to the doctor and my midwife prescribed me anti-nausea medication that is safe to take during pregnancy and THEY WORK FOR ME...
Well I was the same way and for to get my nutrition I needed I ate bby food weird I know but it really helped me I'm currently 16weeks pregnant and mu bby is fine I still fine myself still eating bby food
I had that in the beginning ask your doctor about zofran (not spelled right) for me they had to put me on it because I couldn't hold anything down but also sucking on jolly ranchers helped keep it at bay. It gets better I promise
I had this problem both pregnancy, I mean true true nausea I was admitted to the hospital first pregnancy with my daughter because I wasn't keeping enough down. But try to have peppermint, tea, lots water, and even if crackers make u feel like you have had a full meal keep eating them. My doctor actually told me a specific cracker which was Keebler flaky butter because the salt and butter helps with nausea and it worked wonders with me. I had em in my purse, my car, at my desk at work. Also I found that if I stayed float as far as hunger I keep the nausea away . So the second I felt hunger I was gobbling crackers.. peanut butter works good and helps with nutrition as well and so do grapes (green) . Also talk to your doc about medicine for it. I used those as well. I'm 25 weeks now so I have eased up on it but I Def still fall back on it time to time. Good luck hope this helps.
