Nausea before and after food

I'm 6 weeks pregnant and both before and after food I feel incredibly nauseous. Is there anything I can do to make eating easier or reduce the nausea?

Vinegar type foods like pickles. Or try things like lemon and citrus it will pass

Toast, bananas, applesauce, rice. I just made sure I was eating smaller portions more frequently, and as often as I could I laid down for a half hour after I ate.

Buy Vitamin B6. It's safe and works! My OBGYN gave that to me. It helps!

Have toast thats helps..and drink.lot of water
