Need HELP!!!

So here's the deal, me and my fiance have been having unprotected sex tryig to get pregnant for about 4 months now. I tested on Sunday and I got a positive test and then Tuesday and it was positive again. Later on Tuesday I started bleeding like my period but it was much lighter. I started freaking out until this morning when there was absolutely no blood at all. I'm normally a very heavy bleeder for 4 days at least. So I don't know what's going on.... Am I pregnant or not?????

Hi, implantation bleeding is usually just spotting and far fewer women have it than we think.  But many women do get spotting/ light bleeding like this early in pregnancy.  If you have a positive test, you're pregnant!  And I'd write this spotting off as that thing that happens to some women.  My sister didn't know she was pregnant because she had what appeared to be a period two times in early pregnancy.  If you spot again, then call your doctor as some women do have 'chemical pregnancies' which is a very early miscarriage.  But I doubt this is the case with you and there is nothing to prevent that if it is the case.  So, just enjoy knowing you conceived and set up your first doctor's appointment.  My dr. will not see patients until they are 8 weeks, but it's good to get the appointment set up.  Good luck and let us know how it is going!

It could have just been implantation bleeding, which is completely normal. If you're worried, go gets your bloods taken and have them taken every couple of days to monitor your HCG levels. As long as the levels go up with every test, everything is fine :)
