My reports came  normal ( CD3 blood test ,HSG , 21-progesterone).this was my first cycle after HSG
we went to the urologist and he said these reports are normal.we were  trying for 8 months  and we were using OPK to detect LH surge and BBT. I didnt get pregnant. he said to wait for another 6 cycles. i dont want to wait  again. Can u suggest me what to do?

Hi!
This is always a difficult situation, when the tests are all normal, and yet there is no baby.  All of your values look good.  Your progesterone suggests that you did ovulate.
The good news is, that most couples with unexplained infertility usually do conceive eventually.

If you were my patient, I might move to IUI.  I'm assuming by the way that you have had a hysterosalpingogram that was normal--I believe you mentioned that above.

If I did move to IUI, I would follow with ultrasound--scanning on perhaps CD 10-11 to determine whether there was a good follicle(s).  I would want to correlate the ultrasound findings with the OPKS.  Possibly trigger with HCG. vs. IUI on the day of the LH surge.
I would consider 3 cycles of IUI and then possibly move to IVF.

How much does it cost?
we cannot afford IVF.
does taking Fertilaid  improves motility?

MY FSH level is                                  4.8  mIU/mL
      LH level is                                    6.7 mIU/mL
      Estradiol is                                   32  pg/mL
     CD-21 progesterone level is            10.0 ng/mL
Is it normal? Did i  ovulate?
