My mom gave me a copy of LaLeche League book Womanly Art of Breastfeeding with my first. She said she read it with all her kids too. It was my bible, read it cover to cover and reread several chapters many times over the first year. Such a helpful book, answers all my questions.

If your not producing enough milk either you're not eating enough or you're dehydrated all the time
I'm not sure why you're mentioning that you're lactose intolerant that has nothing to do with your breast milk production
Drinking cow's milk is not going to help you produce breast milk nor is drinking soy or any other kind of milk
If you breastfeed as often as you're supposed to with a new baby and you're not trying to starve yourself to lose pregnancy weight and remember to drink plenty of fluids you should produce plenty of milk

You can get supplements with blessed thistle and fenugreek. Make sure you keep putting him on the breast too as it will stimulate you to produce more milk.
Make sure you are eating and staying hydrated yourself.
Your milk won't come in til after he is born so don't stress out now about it.

Hm.  Talk to your doctor about soy milk and see what he says.  There no actual milk but it's made from beans and it suppose to replace milk for those who are not able to drink milk.
