Hi!
If you were my patient, and had not had a period for 12 weeks, I would want to hear from you. If your periods were irregular before you started the pill, there is a good chance that they will be irregular again. I ALWAYS recommend a pregnancy test, and would probably repeat your test if I saw you in the office. If the test was negative again, I would probably run some other hormone tests such as prolactin, thyroid and FSH.
Depending upon the results, you might be diagnosed with PCOS. Then it becomes an issue of what you want -- if pregnancy is on your mind, we would go down that path, if you don't want a baby right now, I might suggest re-starting the pills.
Good luck!

I agree...it can take awhile for your body to adjust to being off the pill. Especially if you have been on it for a long period of time.
Sometimes it can take a while for your body to get back into a normal routine after coming off the pill, if the pregnancy test come out negative that usually means that your not pregnant, if your still concerned, you can try a different brand (but it'll probably have the same out come).
But the best option is to go to the doctor.
I think that if you were pregnant you would most likely be having other symptoms by now, so try and relax.
Good luck x
