Need some advice

I may or may not be pregnant. My period is late but the test still came up negative. This is kind of unplanned, so I haven't been taking any prenatal vitamins. I want to change my diet, because if it turns out I AM pregnant, I want my baby to be in the best possible environment. I'm probably going to pick up some vitamins after work today to make sure I'm getting enough folic acid, etc. How much should I be taking and what else should I be concerned about?

Thanks!

the best prenatal vitamin which my doctor recommend me is nature-made prenatal vitamin, which is good and make sure to take a blood test to confirm it.

If you intend to fall pregnant, you would be best to take a pregnancy multivitamin. The pharmacist can advise of the best one. I would say you should wait 2 days then take another test with first morning urine. If the test is still neg you should make an appointment with the doctor for a blood test to see what is going on!

Good Luck
