Oh and for protein, I have a natural powder I use in it and I also put almonds in it! And advocato I just started using! It tastes amazing but lookes like crap
I have a nutra bullet. I put in half veggies and half fruit. Add water to the fill line and blend it... my choice is half spinach leafs or kale. Then the other half mango.and banana! You dont taste the veggies. You wanna have this for your breakfast. Eat lighter meals during the day.
Pinterest has a lot of good ideas on healthy but so delicious meals and snacks. Smoothies are one of my favorites, eggwhites are good for your and avocado is really good for the baby. Just take a look on pinterest and you'll be hooked!
If you do salads, use spinach or romaine lettuce...ice burg lettuce really has no nutritional value to it. All veggies are good...just ear what you like. Don't force yourself to eat a veggy that is going to make you gag.
For breakfast a scrambled egg or 2 with some fruit or whole grain toast is goid. Avoid a lot of breakfast meats (bacon sausage etc) as they have a lot of nitrates in them. I also like to do oatmeal (usually around 100 calories or so a packet and can be made with milk for calcium) or grape nuts flakes cereal.
Lunch I usually have a pbj sandwich on 12 grain bread and and bag of steamed veggies, like broccoli or cauliflower or even green beans. And dinner we have a protein with veggy.
How long would you suggest to excersize for?
If you exercise in the morning it will boost your motabolism for the whole day and burn the clothes faster(:

All veggies are good! The more colorful the better... If you aren't a fan of chicken you can have fish, like tilapia. Eating a lot of nuts/legumes will also help you get plenty of protein.
I love fruits but I don't know what veggies are good and what aren't...and I'm not a huge fan of any kind of meat but I can try chicken. (:
