Please Help...don't know what is going on????

I cannot help but start my Thanksgiving off very down.  Below is a timeline of events from the past week....
Found out I was pregnant on Monday (very early was not even due for period yet).
Made a doctors appointment on Tuesday mentioned I was have having minor side pain on my left side.
Got ultrasound and HCG test on Tuesday.  Doctors said I had what looked like a tiny sac (even though I am only 3 weeks pregnant just due for my period) in my uterus.  Pain is caused by unharmful cyst in my right ovary.  Follow up Friday with HCG levels mine were only around 190 which is where they are suppose to be at 3-4 weeks they just want to make sure they were doubling.  I was managing OK not worrying too much!

LAST NIGHT I get an email that my test results are available online. I log in to look results are as follows:
3cm cycts in left ovary, but no free fluid.
.25cm cystic focus in left endometrial.  Could be a cyst could be a very early gestational sac.  If it is a gestational sac would be below limits of gestational age estimation.
No definate inuteruane gestational sac.  Follow up on Friday with HCG check and pelvic ultrasound if warranted.

Had a missed miscarriage in June at 11 weeks pregnant.  I am 27 and in good health???
What is in my fallopian tube?

Thank you both for your reply.  I misread my test results.  Had another HCG 3 days later it 500.  Things are doubling approprietly, and there is nothing in my tube.  I feel like a dummy.  Katie Congrats on your news!  From here on out I am only thinking positive (I had a miscarriage in June, so I was a nervous wreck when I found out I was pregnant this time).  I have my first appointment on 12/23 I will be 8 weeks around then.  I am just going to wait and not call the doc unless something is wrong. Just want to enjoy it and not worry :)

Hi!
I may not be reading this correctly, but it says "left endometrial" do you mean left fallopian tube?  If you were my patient, I would interpret this ultrasound to mean that there is a little cystic area in the left side of the uterus, but it is too early to tell what it is.
I don't see anything in the report about your tube.  At your stage, it isn't possible to tell where the pregnancy is.  That correlates perfectly with your hcg of 190. The cyst in your left ovary is probably your corpus luteum--where you ovulated this cycle.
I don't see anything at all woriesome on this scan.  I don't see anything at all on this scan!  You need to get another quant beta HCG and a follow up ultrasound!
Good luck! and Congratulations!

There could be a lot of explanations to this but by reading your test results it may be possible that you could be pregnant with twins (fraternal) and that one may have implanted in the uterus and one in the Ftube.

I also found out this week that I am pregnant... Doing hcg checks every 2 days...Keep me posted on what the doc says I am very interested in finding out what that could be.
