Nausea is normal but it can be more serious for some. Our Symptoms Manual page on Nausea has some advice. You can find this in the I'm Expecting app, too. Just select Nausea as a symptom in the Pregnancy Diary, then click Done and go to the Menu bar in the upper left to select Symptoms Manual. Totally normal. Since you do not have a Dr yet, try biting a lemon when you are ready to eat. It is horribly nasty but it helps the nausea to go away for a little while. I was reluctant to try it at first but now, I ask for lemons every where I go before I eat.

Totally normal. For some it won't die down until about 14 weeks or longer if you hyperemesis gravidarum. You'll be okay hun, don't worry too much, it only makes you stress which can in turns make you even more suck from tensing your nerves. Take a deep breath. It will get better.
