New opinion???

High blood pressure since at least 02/12/16
Headache since 02/24/16
Dizziness since 02/24/16
Blurred vision since 02/24/16
Insomnia since 02/12/16
Backache off and on since 02/05/16
Locking up finger since 02/10/16
Heartburn since forever but recently worse.

38 weeks 3 days due April 3rd and I have been diagnosed with gestational hypertension. However my doctor doesn't seem to be too worried about the fact that nothing has changed for over a month. He said he will not let me go past 39 weeks which will be Sunday but he doesn't have anything scheduled for my induction or c-section should I go to the hospital to get a second opinion from a different doctor.

I have the same symptoms, and my doctor said it's a sign of preeclampsia. I'm 37 weeks I'll be 38 weeks Friday. He stated Monday comes, and I will be induce. I think you should get a second opinion.

I would definitely call L&D.
As I have found a lot of OBs now consider it Pre Eclampsia if high blood pressure (or rising) with 1 or more of the symptoms you mentioned.

Just call emergency at the maternity ward and tell them exactly what you wrote hear. I bet they'll ask you to come in for bloods and assessment.

Better safe thn sorry x
