Im 5 weeks and they already hurt but hey its normal..wait till baby is born..its gonna hurt when you breast feed him/her but it will hurt less evertime you do it more and more..you can buy a purple lotion special for nipples, you can breastfeed with lotion on its safe..the lotion was my best friend when baby was born..i had a lot of cuts when i started breastfeeding him.

Yes it is so painful! I've had this problem since about 12 weeks and I'm 15 and still have it. It's getting worse day by day. Thank you

I had this at 11 weeks, it only lasted for about 3 days, but my gosh it was one of the most painful things! I found wearing a comfortable bra to bed helped, and regulary rubbing a sensitive cream on them. Good luck! X
