No Breast tenderness in twin pregnancy

I am about  7 weeks pregnant with twins.  Five months ago I had a stillborn baby at 20 weeks.  In the months leading up to that time, I was having a wonderful pregnancy, none of the normal pregnancy symptoms (no nausea, no vomiting, no breast tenderness, etc.) Unfortunately, that pregnancy didn't work out.  When I was pregnant with my daughter 3 years ago, I had the worst breast soreness but no morning sickness.   Now that I'm pregnant with twins, I keep hearing that all of the symptoms should be magnified.  Besides a little bit of nausea in the morning, I haven't had any problems and my breasts are perfectly fine.  I actually want them to start to hurt so that I feel like things are moving along as they're supposed to.  Is it normal to not have any symptoms while pregnant with twins? They said it was normal last time and that pregnancy didn't work out.

I didn't have any symptoms or anything and had a healthy son. I read a posting on here probably about a year ago when someone said it's called 'lucky' not having unpleasant symptoms!  Breathe easy and know you can only do so much.  Eat healthy and get lots of sleep!  Best of luck!

I Know it is hard not to worry especially after losing your baby.  I lost my daughter at 35 weeks and am petrified it could  happen again.  The most important thing is to try to relax  Just because you did not have breast tenderness last time it does not mean things will not be good this time.  Every pregnancy is different and this time I'm sure your doctors are much more attentive to you now.  I'm wishing you a very happy and healthy pregnancy and even happier and healthier babies

SOME WOMEN DONT HAVE ANY SYMPTOMS AT ALL!!!! my mom was 13 weeks before she even found out she was preggo with my lil brother......had her period for 3 months, and had no symptoms at all, and then in her 14th week the nausea, breast tenderness, morning sickness, and back pain hit here like a ton of bricks....dont worry yourself to much....if in a few weeks nothing has changed see your OB!
best of luck!!!!!!!!
