My first trimester I never wanted to do anything ever lol I'm 16w now and I'm still tired but have a little bit more energy I think it's different for everyone
Im a night owl and my first trimester I was in bed by like 8! My doctor said more protien in your diet, it helps keep your energy levels up. Like when you eat you get a burst of glucose (sugars) and have some energy that gets used up but protien helps maintain that energy.
I'm in my last week of first trimester and just got my energy back. I was ssoooo tired these last few weeks too, just get plenty of sleep, take naps, eat fruits and veggies. And just remember you do get your energy back.:) Hang in there mama.
Well pretty much eating healthy is the main thing and taking your vitamins but try to rest because the ENTIRE first trimester i was exhausted too!
