embarrassing itch

Ok so I've done Nthn different lately hadn't used anything different or anything  I'm 5 months preggers today I have had a little itch down below in my inner lips 1 side of it looks very swollen TMI I know but the office is close I have no idea why this is happening I had sex a week a good protected but the oral part wasn't protected I pray it's not an STD  somebdy please help me out!!!?

Sounds like a yeast infection to me i went i had a really bad itch and my discharge was like cottage cheese tmi no smell instead of a cream my doctor prescribed a one time pill literally madr me feel better in like 2 hours

Ah I had a yeast infection at the start of my pregnancy and it wasn't like a little itch! It was horrible it could be anything hun weird stuff happens when your pregnant could be discharge irrating your skin or sometimes when clothes are to right and sweat... Lots of easy things could explain it!

Yeast infections during pregnancy are caused by pH changes in your body. Very common, just visit your Dr like the ladies suggest, and add yogurt to your diet to try and prevent future problems.

U don't have a yeast infection girl it happens with the hormones, get this cream it's called cortazon itch cream and place it down there and it will go away in 2 days.. u can get it at Walmart it's like 10 bucks

My doc just called in a pill after she diagnosed it and I felt fine the next day. Not sure what causes it!

Cotton underwear, yogurt, lots of water, and insist on dr exam! its most likely just a yeast infection which is super common during pregnacy, but it could also be a bacterial infection which could lead to serious problems for baby. Get to Dr when u can in the meantime keep a pocket full of lady wipes and a few panty liners stashed in ur purse. Good luck!

I never had a yeast infection until this pregnancy either. Its easily caused :(especially with all the extra moisture down there. Try to eat yogart it helps keep everything balanced to help prevent them. Dont wear tight pants or underwear and try to keep dry:)

I had a really bad yeast infection all I did was get the 3 day monostat treatment the pill suppository it went away right away but I would check with your doctor first

its probably just a yeast infection. Don't get monistat bc the cream they give for itch can't go into the vagina it's just for the outer layer. Buy the off brand like 12$ and try that. Insert the cream and the put it on the itchy area.

No it doesn't smell I had small Normal looking discharge but I'm calling my doctor 1st thing tomorrow. If I do have 1 it's my 1st ever. But idk how I got it it's weird.?.. I Dnt wana be at work itching I'm a waiter Thts gonna suck lol.

Do you have a smell as well or just an itch? And is there a discharge as well? If no foul smell its probably a yeast infection.  Very common and easy to treat. I wont kill you but if its truly uncomfortable I'd call the after hours line and get it treated before your next appointment

Omg I shower everyday to eat causes yeast infections I've nver had 1 lol. I have an appointment next Tuesday is tht to late to wait or should I just go in asap

I had that happen around 5 mo and it was a yeast infection. I promise I shower every day lol! Doc said it happens in a lot of pregnancys so just have your gyno check ya out
