No ovulation???

I had an M/C in October. It took me a while to get my period (started in Dec), then I have been having 45 day cycles. Last month, I started using ovulation strips. I used them on a regualr basis. I never got a positive, and then got my period last week. What am I to understand from this?

Yes, I had my first period after almost 2 months, then the next one was 45 days, and this one was 45 days too. I have been using the strip almost everyday. Infact, as per calculation 14 days before the start day of my cycle, I was with my husband and we were pretty regular with trying. So, my only guess is that I did not ovulate. Anyways, I plan to start trying again. I have never had very regular cycles in the past, but it was usually between 30 to 35 days.

It can take a while to get back on track...sometimes you can have your period but not ovulate...I think they are called anovulatory periods...I had a mc in December and I've had 45 day cycles and this is the first month a opk strip has shown a pos. for me...good luck...every body is different and only time will help...
