Hey! You have to gain weight so that the baby can gain weight as well. I'm in my second trimester 14wks and im just starting to put on weight; I was freaking out to.
1.  You didnt even put on a Lbs or half a lbs?
2.  How many times a day do u eat?
3.  What did your doctor say?

I have lost almost 4kg from my pre-pregnancy weight. I work in child care so i eat like 6 times a day with the kids and the dinner after that. I have a doctors appointment on friday about my ultrasound results so ill be asking her then.

I didn't start gaining weight until I was about 26 weeks, just because your not gaining weight doesn't mean the baby isn't growing right nothing to be afraid of

I lost alot of weight and didn't start gaining it back till after week 20! And even then I'm 32 weeks and have only gained 8 pounds! As long as your eating and drinking its of water you will be fine! Don't worry the weight will start to come in at the end!

I lost 4kg too in first trimester. I am 21 weeks and just starting to gain. Ultrasound last week showed baby is developing and growing normally and based on measuremements estimated to be around 325 grams and growing normally.

You could just be all baby. I'm 25 weeks pregnant and you wouldn't really think I am pregnant when people ask how far along I am and I tell them they are shock, or ur baby could be lien right back. This is my 3rd pregnancy and iv been small my bump usually gets big just before I pop. Call in and see midwife and she will measure u and put ur mind at rest

I lost a lot of weight in the beginning of my pregnancy because I had an upper respiratory infection. Since then I haven't gained ANY weight but baby is doing just fine. Docs aren't concerned since baby and I are in good health. Weight gain, or lack their of, doesn't mean something is wrong.
