Not a question but a great nasua reliever
I have been getting nasua (sp?) And I have found herbal peppermint tea works instantly to relieve it. Its caffene free and tastes great with a bit of sugar. I didnt think it would work when I read the tip online but it really does help me get through.
People have used peppermint to relieve upset bellies/nausea for ever.. Just plain ol peppermint used to be sold in pharmacies back in the day for stomach ailments.. It's the awesome..
Well the daddy actually makes it for me and does it his own way but he wont touch it himself
Very. Im drinking some right now. You should deffinantly try it. Plus no caffeine means safe for baby.
I got it at walmart. Im guessing you can get it at any supermarket. It is in a blue box the brand is. BIGELOW peppermint herb tea caffeine free.
I boil hot water on the stove, put a tea bag in a regular coffee mug, pour the water over the bag and let it brew about 5 min. add sugar Then I pour it in a cup full of ice. If you would prefer it hot just keep it in the mug.
