Not sleeping well

So lately I have been sleeping fine but sometimes I will wake at about 3 or 4 in the morning for nothing. I heard it can be the baby but I think it is still to early to feel like that since I am only 7 weeks. I'm losing sleep and I don't know exactly what to do.

I slept like a baby before pregnancy but since finding out I wake up EVERY night about three or four times. I blame it on my sleeping positions. Before pregnancy I was a belly sleeper and since being pregnant I try to not sleep on my belly and to sleep on my left side so I wake my self up to make sure I'm on my right side or sometimes Ill wake up on my belly and have to turn. Now at 20 weeks I wake up to feel my baby girl move lol she moves more when Im sleeping.

Yeah this morning I woke up at 4 something in the morning and tossed and turned. Then Saturday morning I woke up at about 5:45a.m. and couldn't go back to sleep.

I started feeling her about 14-15 weeks but it was hard to tell if it was gas or baby but definitely by 16 weeks I knew it was her. Some women don't feel baby til later tho.

I work nights and sleep quite well during the day, waking up 3-4 times to pee but i still feel rested. However on my nights off i struggle to sleep, my bf is in the bed too and i feel restricted to how i can move and stretch out, ive noticed i get too hot too which before being preg i was always cold so its hard to get used to!

From what I've heard its hormones getting you ready for waking up with your baby. Your body knows how long it takes to get a habit in order so it is different for everyone. I hope the best for you and your little one.
