Nutrition

I'm not a milk drinking & I have hard time drinking it is it any other dairy product I can drink or eat that my baby get the nutrition And I want have a hard with feeding it

Fat free the kind I drink it just don't sit right with my stomach & silk its good I'm start buying it

try fat free.. its what i have to drink or silk ... but i also vitamin D3

Why don't you try making yourself milkshakes? Bananas and strawberries add a little chocolate flavor or even a spoonful of peanut butter. Get creative with the way you drink it. Drink it with ice it doesn't taste as bad with ice since it's so cold. I add a little Oregon trail Chai tea. Good luck

Not everyone drinks milk or dairy just eat other foods high in calcium like broccoli.  Google "non-dairy foods high in calcium"

I havent drank dairy products my entire life just take prenatal vitamins it will provide you and the baby with what you need

You can take calcium supplements I had to do that with my first pregnancy cause my body didn't tolerate diary. You can try yogurt eating cheese any other food high in calcium but calcium supplements will get you it for sure
