cant hold prenatals down

I'm 12weeks pregnant with my 2nd child. I'm having an issue holding down prenatals I've tried different brands and all end up the same in the toilet. Any ideas

Have you tried taking them before bed? That's the only way I can keep mine down, but I also take the sicky medicine too so that might be what helps me/:

diclectin is what I was given I have a 4 year old and a 2 year old. didn't make me tiredand worked great.  doctor prescribes it

By the way I can't take anti nausea meds Cuz I have a two year old at home.

I used kids vitamins they are half the dose so I doubled.  gummies are very easy to keep down

talk to your doctor...maybe they can prescribe you something
