Yes mam, its definitely enough to call. Youre paying rent and im sure you didnt exoect to move in with unwanted bugs. Im sure theyll come in and spray for you. It shouldnt be an issue at all.

Never feel like you complain too much or like you don't want to say anything to look like a needy complainer. That's the one up side of paying rent, "it's not your problem"

Girl, you pay rent. If anything needs repairs or attention it is THIER responsibility to handle it. You always want to address the situation right away so it doesn't worsen and leave you liable. Tell them and they'll handle it!;)

I wasnt on assistance either when I had to go to the office for help because my office manager would not help me with my insect issue.

If you bomb the apartment, The pesticide sticks to literally EVERYTHING which is why they tell you to bag up everything in plastic when pest control comes. After they bomb, they tell you to wipe everything down. Ive been through it before and its a hassle. I think if u have any bugs problems u should let ur office know asap. Its their job to take care of it for the tenant and they only have about 48 hours to address the issue according to housing authority law.
