Off-roading 20 weeks pregnant

I got lost on a trip I'm taking and ended up having to drive down an extremely bumpy dirt road for almost 45 minutes, at first it was fine but when I finally got onto the normal road I could feel my babies movement was extremely rapid, I'm a first time mom and I'm concerned off roading just somehow did harm to my baby..? Silly question, but I'm probably over reacting correct? She should be okay..? Maybe just all the movement was shaking her up..?

If you're concerned, I wouldn't do it again. When you're pregnant, you're not allowed to go on roller coasters or any rides so I'm not sure that off roading would be that safe. Otherwise, you can just call up your doctor quick and ask if it's safe to do because there are a lot of restrictions on pregnant women and that COULD be one.
