Okay I tested...

The results are in people! Come look at this post if you care to know that I got a............................................. BFN! But I hadn't held my urine long enough and I did it about 20-30 minutes ago. I got a really wicked evap line (I used the IC=Internet Cheapies). Maybe it was a BFP trying to pop through, but I'm not sure.

So I'm going to retest in the AM with some good ol' first morning pee! It's not like I have NINETEEN more tests to use! LOL!

I luckily bought 2 EPT's, so we'll see..

As I think I may have mentined, I wasn't really watchily my cycle that closely- only enough to know that my AF is not due until Tomorrow or Monday....

And the BD timing was both on a "lunar" date.. and from what I can ascertain, as nature has it- most likely right around peak ovulation.

Of course, I will have to get a few more tests to see... :-)

......So, when you say wait until 15dpo, is this at about 31 days into my cycle, as it is, I assume- 15 days post ovulation?

Or is it 15 days post "BD?"....

I forgot to mention, the first tests were w/1st and Equate test, 2nd $$store test, and then my bfp's came when I used

EPT brand (2 of em to be sure! and proof to DH. lol)

Babynine- Wait til at least 7DPO to test. It can take up to 5 days to implant and then you need to give it a few days for your body to begin making hormones... Think of it this way

Day 1-2 your HCG could be at 2
Day2-3= 4
Day3-4= 8
Day4-5= 16
Day 5-6=32
Day6-7= 64

And so on. Most tests will read at a level of 50, some 70, and a few at 100

I got my BFP at about  15-16DPO. I had just tested at 11 and 13DPO and got BFN's then I waited 2-3 days and got my BFP. At that point I was about 3days late for AF.

I am waiting until the AM to do my first HPT...

I am not precisely sure when AF is due.. maybe Mon, maybe it was yesterday.

I experienced something I believe was implantation bleeding- 8 or 9 days after possible conception...

A very light bright watery flow for a day, spotting day 2, barely nothing day 3.

If that was a strange period, I just have a flu.

But it was 23 days into my cycle.


-Has anyone here had a healthy pregnancy with a situation like this???

-Any idea when I should test?...the IB was tues, wed, thurs.
I have heard to wait from 2-5 days post Implantation bleeding.

aww yall all sound like me last week...haha I hope yall have better luck than I did.  And Yes the IC tests have horrible evap lines...I got multiple evap lines last week...I hope you girls get a BFP in the morning!

I had the same problem the last 2 mornings.  I get those evap lines too!!!  I HATE that.  On FF several people have had the same problem w/IC...if I hold it up to the light I can kinda see something...but it's still a BFN in regular light!  I keep going back to look as if something will change and all the sudden it will be a BFP! LOL.

Test with the First responce. It gives you an answer as soon as 5 days before your period. You can buy it at any pharmacy. Try to test with the first morning urine. It has more hcg. Good luck

Well I've decided I can stand to wait until the morning! We've already spent enough money this month that I do not think it'd be wise for me to go and get a different brand. SHUCKS!!! But hopefully the IC will be darker in the morning. It definitely looks faintly positive, but knowing my luck lately, it's probably an evap. line.

Yes dollar General is where I got them.  If you just go to the grocery store just try to look for the sensitivity on them.

I should just go to the grocery store. I'll spend too much money in gas to go to the dollar store! Which one is better? First Response, Answer, etc.?

Go to the dollar store.  Thats where I got mine.  Anyway you're going to keep taking them even if you are pregnant, to make sure you're still pregnant. At least thats what I did.

Thanks ladies!!! I went to www.peeonastick.com and www.twoweekwait.com and looked at their pregnancy tests to see if maybe it is just a REALLY incredibly faint positive. And some evap lines and some positives look like my test. So............ I'm tempted to just go to the store and buy a different kind of test! LOL!
