Over the counter meds?

My gums have been very sensitive and bleed alot and yesterday I ate tortilla chips and on Both sides of my mouth, my gums are swollen. I guess chips got stuck in my gums or something and I had a headache last night. Today I wake up and my whole jaw is sore, my gums are swollen, it hurts to eat, my nose is stopped up, and it started  bleeding, and I have a horrible headache. Not sure if its sinuses from the weather changing or if its from my mouth. I feel horrible:(

Aw I'm sorry to hear that I went threw mostly everything u went threw I took sudefed for a while n this goes back to take ur prenatal pills u are nourishing the baby the baby will get everything he or she needs from u regardless this results in being Tired and so forth so take it so u will feel fine ur headaches and noes bleeds  u need to move slowly sit down n some cool air ur probably just getting over heated drink plenty of fluids all it is is ur blood pumpin for two

Maybe u should try baby orajel that might relive some of the pain.... wrap a bandana real tight on ur head that helps my husband with head aches and he gets really bad ones.
