Overdue!
I'm 4 days overdue and they don't plan on inducing me till Saturday. I've tried almost everything to go in labor expect castor oil. I'm 3cm dilated and been having cramping for a couple days now. Any suggestions on how to go in labor on my own?
Walking helps me a lot with my first baby take a long walk I was gonna get induced too the 15th of June this year but ma son came on his time June 11th 2015
Going for walks, sex, spicy food- sounds like you have tried all of that stuff, maybe though.
I was a week late with my second and really disappointed that they wanted to induce me- they started to worry about low fluids with her. I went in for the induction and all they had to do was break my water- she arrived just a few hours later. I was at a 4- but had that cramping like you are describing. By the time I went in, I was at a 5. That wasn't as bad as I thought it would be- so hope that you have a similar experience or go into labor on your own soon!
