PREGNANT SIGNS OR NOT??

How early do girls show signs of pregnancy?
No less than 2 and a half or 3 weeks ago my girlfriend had her period. After 4 days weve had sex a few times. She is taking a pregnancy test today but says she has been feeling nautious, more tired than usual and she thinks she has gained 10 lbs and is using the restroom more frequently. I know all of these are signs but 13 days since we started to do it seems a little early to me (friend said he didnt know his wife was pregnant until 4 months into her pregnancy). Im not expert but i cant find anything online if her claims are valid or not. The internet keeps telling me everyone is different and is giving me no real answer. I was skeptical due to the fact she said she gained 10 lbs but its been 17 days since her last period started, I am a nervous wreck right now so any input about the issue will  be greatly appreciated. I cant tell if these are actual signs or if these are just coincidence.

Her spotting after the night you had intercourse could have been from the fact you have been a little 'rough' it would have been way to early to have been implantation bleeding ( takes 10days for a firtilised egg to implant) although there could be a handful of reasons.

I also agree with the ladies above that 10lbs is a hell of alot of weight to put on so soon.

Its best to try not to worry (easier said than done!) and wait until she is late for her period and test any time before maybe a false reading.

Okay thanks for the help, hopefully shes just reading too much into things that arent pregnancy related. Just i remember her saying that she was bleeding down there after a night of rather rough sex. but i heard something called "spotting." So i dont know if what was making her bleed was from too long of fingernails, if i was too rough or if it is this spotting ive read about. Would spotting occur by now or do you guys think it was just from that night because she complained about it on two different occasions in a similar fashion.

There is no way she gained 10 pounds from pregnancy! It generally takes 2 weeks from sex to get a positive at the earliest, I'm turning 7 months next week and have gained 7 pounds, but obviously everyone is different, if she misses her next period tell her to take a test until then I wouldt worry :/

It is definitely true when they say every women is different with symptoms. My one friend had every symptom named in the book, where I have had hardly no symptoms at all and was surprised two days ago when I took a test and it was positive. My husband and I have been trying for over a year and a half. But, sometimes when you think too much into something, you think you have symptoms and you just read too much into it, believe me, I have been there before. But, to me, I would say that it is way too early to say you have gained weight. I am 6 weeks tomorrow and although I am a bigger girl, I havent gained weight yet, and I have been eating more than usual. I would just say that you would have to wait it out and take a test, but that will only work if she is late with her period. Hope that helps you some.
