Just think of these as tummy exercises. They will make your labor easier bc you'll have stronger muscles. Take a bath, rest, drink lots of water... Whatever makes you feel better. You can also take a tylenol to help.

They can be very uncomfortable and a little painful but they should get extremely increasingly painful. Believe me, real labor contractions are excruciatingly painful. Not to scare you but they are horrible. You wont be able to walk, or even standup, or anything. And the braxtons are sporadic
The labor contractions do not go away with water or changing positions. They get close together, about 2-5 minutes and have a pattern nd are alot lobger than braxtons.

Braxton hicks hun. This is my third baby and i have had them since 16 weeks. Throughout the day my tummy hardens, it gets hard to breath and can be painful. Last for about 50 sec. Its ok, they are braxtons. :)
