Pain Management During Induction?

I'm getting induced in two days and I don't really want to get the epidural. I need pain management tips. No one thinks I can do it but I do. I really need some advice.

I had my first no epidural and my boyfriend at the time said I almost crushed his hand. This time after hearing other options I wants to try a TENs unit. It basically sends an electric pulse though the muscles. I've heard it does well with other pains.

I have the same dilemma. My aunt said she had all three of her kids without an epidural. She said she did it by focusing on  a dirty spot on the ceiling that she wanted to clean. Idk if that helps but maybe finding something to focus on
