Pain is killing me

I went for a 3 mile walk today I went to Ross Target Michaels and Jamba Juice... I get home and rest now everything from my waste down is in pain what should I do and its hard to stay.lying down when I have to pee all the time

Getting up makes me want to cry it hurts soooooo bad i can't believe this pain

I don't see why not... but it may just be a matter of resting because it was a lot on your body in one day. I was in so much pain after my baby shower a few weeks ago so I can totally relate. I stuffed pillows everywhere had my fan right on me, kicked up my feet and passed out. Do you have any tylenol ?? I try to stay away from meds but if its that bad it may be worth it for relief.

I took a shower... and Im relaxing now... it hurt to move i can't even change positions in bed it hurts sooooo bad it feels like some one kicked me hecka hard in my va jay jay
